Each product includes estimated shipping information. If your order is not shipped immediately, don’t worry! We will make sure to get your order to you within the timeline provided on the product page. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Please note: Some orders may take up to 72 hours to process if additional information is needed from you. A follow-up email will be sent in those cases.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders may be split across multiple shipments, and items ordered together may not be shipped on the same day. For out-of-stock or back-ordered items, a separate email with detailed information will be sent.

We will send you an email when your refund has been processed. Please note, returns take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our Vendor. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

At Rocket Paper Scissors, we want you to love your products! Which is why our standard policy is if you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can easily submit a request to return, replace, or exchange your order within 30 days from the day your order shipped.
